The Presidential Balls of office

Every year the committee selects somebody that they feel has made a significant contribution to the field of heat transfer, whether it be in industry, research, education, literature, to name but a few. Our list of past presidents is a venerable who's who of names from the field of heat transfer.

The Presidential "Balls of office" are passed each year from the outgoing President to the incoming President. These Chinese balls were originally acquired by a society member while visiting China where he noticed that the logo on the balls had some similarity to the hts logo.
