Claudette Beyer joined Heat Transfer Research, Inc. in 1989 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Her career has included positions with the North Dakota Governor’s Council and The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Claudette has a B.A. in English and Communication Arts and an M.A. in Organizational Communications from The University of North Dakota. During her career, she has served on numerous committees and boards, including the USA Council for Women in Higher Education and the Society of Research Administrators where she was President of the association.
Her career has provided her the privilege to be an idea broker, change agent, builder of enterprises, colleague of intelligent, dedicated persons, as well as a spokesperson and advocate for people and programs. Most of all, it has provided her opportunities to meet and work with fascinating, talented, and generously spirited men and women from many different disciplines, including her two favourites physicians and engineers.
